1. Complimentary Discovery Session – 20 Minutes 

A short, introductory session to:

  • Identify your goals and priorities

  • Determine if we’re a good fit

This session is a no-pressure opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of my approach.


2. Single Coaching Session – 60 Minutes

A focused one-hour session designed to:

  • Clarify a current challenge or goal

  • Explore strategies and practical next steps

  • Reflect on emotions, priorities, and relationships

Perfect for clients who want targeted guidance or a “reset” session.


3. Coaching Package – 3 Sessions (60 Minutes Each) 

A short-term coaching plan to:

  • Build momentum toward a specific goal

  • Explore patterns in thought, behavior, or family dynamics

  • Develop practical tools to reduce stress, improve boundaries, and strengthen resilience
