Parents:

Caring for Others Starts with Your Own Joy

Supporting Parents of Neurodivergent or Mentally Ill Children

Helping you prevent burnout, reclaim balance,
and turn overwhelm into empowerment.

Think of it like putting on your own oxygen mask first—you can’t fully support your child if you’re running on empty. Coaching with me isn’t about fixing your child or telling you what to do—it’s about helping you feel capable, steady, and empowered.

You’ve been strong long enough.
Now find joy.

Being a parent of a neurodivergent child—or a child with mental health challenges—is a journey filled with love, worry, and responsibility. I know firsthand what it feels like to carry so much, and how easy it is to forget to care for yourself along the way.

As a mother to a daughter with autism and bipolar disorder, I understand the emotional complexity of parenting a child who moves through the world differently.

Together, we’ll work on:

  • Setting boundaries and letting go of what you can’t control

  • Building trust in your inner voice and intuition

  • Processing guilt, shame, or fear that may be holding you back

  • Creating action plans to prevent burnout and reclaim balance, joy, and confidence
