A Coach for the Ones Who Carry So Much
I grew up alongside a brother with severe mental illness — likely autism, had the diagnosis existed then. His challenges shaped my family in ways I’m still understanding. They shaped me, too — especially my instinct to listen deeply and stay steady.
As an adult, life brought more terrain: grief, trauma, and parenting a daughter with autism and bipolar disorder. Therapy, mindfulness, movement, and community helped me build what I call emotional endurance — the ability to stay present with what’s real without collapsing under it.
That understanding led me to coaching.
My work isn’t about fixing people. It’s about creating a grounded partnership where you can think clearly, feel supported, and move forward with intention.
I continue my full-time work at the College — a role I value deeply — and offer coaching weekday evenings and weekends.
Grounded, compassionate, and practical.
Together we build clarity, reduce overwhelm, and create structures that support your emotional and everyday life. I'm not here to diagnose or treat—I'm here to walk with you as you navigate what's real and find your next steps.
